Rob Bozas (M.D.)

Rob has been working in the music business for over 30 years and has worked in projects in Africa / Europe/ USA / China / UK and Asia.  Whilst at Real World (running the music publishing operation) he gained valuable experience in world music working with musicians and composers from all over the planet. Prior to that he had spent a number of years working as a recording engineer and record producer both in his native South Africa and later in the UK when he was based at Swanyard Studios in London.

Rob gained experience working with bands and aritsts such as : Spandau Ballet; Wet Wet Wet; Boy George; Alton Edwards; Dollar; Dan Kapuejah, The Bhundu Boys; Robert Plant; Bernie Marsden; Epo; Kazumi Watanabe; Natalie Cole; Danny Wilson; Midnight Oil; eVoid; All About Eve.

He later went on to join Swanyard Music (The Publishing Arm) initially as house engineer where he helped develop bands like Incognito; Galliano; Working Week; Rose Windross; Interprojection and Ben Chapman. Rob later became general manager of Swanyard Music and later also ran Swanyard Studios Ltd.

In 1995 he joined the Real World Group as head of publishing where he remained until 2010.  Bozas international continues to be retained by the Real World Group principally working with the Peter Gabriel catalogue and the O’Riada / Gael Linn Catalogue.

Rob also consults for the Nusrat fateh Ali Khan Estate.
